Information stored on your device

TuitionLuma may store saved schools, compared schools, student profile details, calculator settings, preferred programs, personalized aid plans, and saved repayment plans locally on your device. Student profile fields may include nickname, GPA, optional SAT or ACT information, state residency, intended major or program interest, family income range, debt tolerance, public/private preference, distance from home preference, campus size preference, and learning format preference.

Saved aid and repayment plans are stored locally on your device so you can revisit scholarship, grant, family contribution, loan term, monthly payment, total repayment, and scenario details in the app. TuitionLuma does not create user accounts, and these planning details are not uploaded to Incisive Labs servers.

College data and Cloudflare proxy

TuitionLuma uses College Scorecard data from the U.S. Department of Education where available. The app requests college and program data through a Cloudflare Worker proxy operated for TuitionLuma. The proxy forwards school searches, state filters, selected school identifiers, pagination fields, and requested College Scorecard fields to College Scorecard while keeping the College Scorecard API key out of the app.

Cloudflare may receive standard technical information associated with these requests, such as IP address, request time, user agent, requested route, cache status, and query parameters needed to return college data. The proxy includes basic rate limiting and caching. Student profile details such as GPA, SAT or ACT information, income range, debt tolerance, saved aid plans, and saved repayment plans are not sent to Cloudflare.

Third-party images and links

TuitionLuma may load public school, state, logo, or website image assets from external providers or school websites. These requests can reveal basic technical information such as IP address, device type, and requested image URL to those providers.

Purchases

TuitionLuma Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases, restore purchases, and entitlement checks are handled by Apple StoreKit and are subject to Apple's payment, privacy, and refund policies. TuitionLuma stores a local entitlement cache only to help the app display Pro status between StoreKit checks; StoreKit verification remains the source of truth.

Analytics and crash reporting

TuitionLuma does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or third-party crash reporting SDKs. We may review operational information from Cloudflare related to the college data proxy, but TuitionLuma does not use that information to build advertising profiles.

No sale of personal information

Incisive Labs LLC does not sell personal information. TuitionLuma does not use advertising trackers.
